A prospectus for a public offering POZBUD T & R SA was approved on 2 March 2010 by the Financial Supervision Commission, which is the supervisory authority over the capital market in Poland.
The electronic version of the prospectus has been published under Article. 45 and. 47 Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies Consolidation of 9 October 2009 (OJ No. 185, item. 1439).
